~Travelers~
Two lone wolves, passing in the night.
Lower your guard huntress, i do not wish to fight.
I desire only to lay with you, even if for just tonight.
So that we can share our warmth...lessen our plight.
For you see it's dangerous to travel alone, especially at night.
Together we'd stand a better chance, if the world we had to fight.
We may not walk together through life,
But we neither need to die alone at the edge of it's knife.
The world is both cold and cruel outside,
A simple truth that to any wolf i need not confide.
So tonight put your head on my fur, sleep well as you close your eyes,
We can keep each other warm until the night passes by.
And huntress, tomorrow when you wake alone...
Do not worry.
For like you, i too, am on my way home.
